How does Stellar-type Tera Blast interact with Pixilate?

Question

Let's say I have a Pixilate Sylveon that terastalized into Stellar. That Sylveon used Tera Blast on a Seviper (random example). Will the Stellar Tera Blast be affected by Pixilate and hit the Seviper "not very effectively'', or will it ignore Pixilate and just hit the Seviper neutrally?

It remains Stellar-type. Tera Blast does not change types to Fairy-type because of Pixilate.

Pixilate changes Normal-type moves to Fairy-. Tera Blast in this case is a Stellar-type move. It will not be affected by Pixilate.
