Can Tera Starstorm miss in the Terapagos boss battle?

Specifically when it has its shield up. I'm assuming it can't, but I need to know so I can revise my strategy.

I'd assume raising your evasion or lowering it's accuracy would increase the chances of Tera Starstorm missing, so I'd probably say it can.

I ask because it's a boss battle, so I don't know if they made it so evasion and stuff doesn't work. I know status moves don't work, but idk about evasion.

Yes, using evasion can cause Tera Starstorm to miss.

I was able to test for myself. Additionally, I forgot Terapagos has Zen Headbutt, and that can miss too.
