No, actually. I'm not seeing any information on Bulbapedia, Serebii, and elsewhere on the Internet, I couldn't find anything about an acquisition method for S/V.
However, I did find this interesting page that has a list of items that got updated descriptions despite not being in the game, so that's cool.
