Mr mime Pokemon home transfer not working in sv?

Question

ok, so I caught I mime jr in legends arceus and evolved it, then tried to transfer it to sv, but it didnt work. I have tried using sword/shield to reset data and still didnt work. I know mr mime is still coded in the game, so whats wrong?

EDIT:ok, I feel stupid, mr mime IS coded but unobtainable,even through home

Mime Jr. and its evolutions are not in SV, even after the DLC.
