Where is the Altarianite found in legends za?

Question

Swablu is my favourite Pokémon so I want to use a mega altaria on my team, so I was just wondering how and where I can get the Altarianite. Right now I have the challengers ticket to fight Vinnie and get to rank f, so if you get the Altarianite from fighting a rouge altaria like absol what rank or level should my team be?

ROUGE MEGA ALTARIA FIGHT MUST BE COMPLETED TO OBTAIN ALTARIANITE

Sadly, this fight is quite late into the game (main mission 28) and will not be obtained until late game. this video shows how to get to the rogue mega and how to defeat it. Your team should be level 51-58. hopefully those sprites make you feel better :D
