Scope Lens in Castelia City?

I just got word from bulbapedia that a Scope Lens is obtainable in Castelia City. How? I've never found it.

You need to go to the Battle Company of Castelia City. On the 47th floor, a scientist in the lower right will give you a Scope Lens.
