I am playing Pokemon Explorers of Sky and I am a Mudkip lvl 11 and my partner is a Riolu level 11 and everytime I battle one of those Outlaws HE always dies! And also when im battling a shellos and an anorith the shellos is far away from me and i try to use Water Gun on anorith but it hit Shellos instead but it absorbs this due to Rain Dish! WHY IS THIS!

Well for the first one it you should pack more reviver seeds, aside from that leveling up is the way to go. The Shellos thing is because it is no rain dish, Shellos can not even have that ability, it is Storm drain. Storm drain draws in all Water type moves that explains it.
