Power trick question.

IS POWER TRICK FACTOR IN NATURES/EVS?
Example: forretress with max defense uses power trick. Will its attack be higher than a forretress with max attack?

Power trick completely switches the the Attack and Defense stats. So yes it does. If a Forretress with Max Defense(416) and Min Attack(116) and used Power-trick it would get 416 Attack and 116 Defense. However, if say a Pokemon used growl before the switch, the Attack stat would still be the one effected after the switch. Source
