Is Rivalry a good choice for Axew or the Mold breaker?

I am aiming for Rivalry Axew. I am not sure if it's a good ability for Axew thought. What's your opinion? Thanks. :)

I don't like Rivalry because it is a double edged sword. 25% boost if Axew and the target are the same gender, 25% loss of power if different. That makes it bad, especially in battle.

Mold Breaker is an awesome ability. You can hit a levitater with Earthquake. That s a huge advantage.
