Exept for the things like White Forest, Black City and for the last gym Iris and Drayden.

(any other changes, small changes, don't need to be mentioned)

Almost. They have the same storyline, basically. However, besides the ones you listed, they have different Pokemon that are catchable. Here's a list of differences:

- You get the Light Stone
- 8th Gym Leader is Drayden
- Has Black City
- Has Rotation Battles
- Opelucuid City is modernized
- Mistralton City looks modernized
- Has more trainers to battle in Black City
- Has: Weedle, Kakuna, Beedrill, Murkrow, Houndour, Houndoom, Shroomish, Breloom, Plusle, Volbeat, Honchkrow, Cottonee, Whimiscott, Gothita, Gothorita, Gothitelle, Vullaby, Mandibuzz, Tornadus, Reshiram

- You get the Dark Stone
- 8th Gym Leader is Iris
- Has White Forest
- Has Triple Battles
- Opelucuid City looks rural
- Mistralton City looks rural
- Has more Pokemon to catch in White Forest

No, the gym leaders aren't different except for the 8th one. ( Which you mentinoned.) One major change is Opeluid City, in White it's more old times, and in Black it's more modern. There are also Pokemon changes, like in White you get Solosis and in Black you get Gothita. Other than that, nothing much. (Obviosly besides the legendarys)
