Actually female and male Persian don't have gender difference

Rattata and Raticate: Female has smaller whiskers
Meganium: Male has larger antennae
Scizor: Female has larger abdomen
Ursaring: Female has longer shoulder hair
Sneasel: Female has a shorter feather
Gligar: Female has smaller stinger
