Besides Pokemon, what the person says, and Alder. In round 2, they say different things, and you are able to fight Alder.
EDIT: I hate to link off site, but, when you go to the Generation V link at the top of this, and then click on the Elite Four person's name, you can scroll down on the Trainer's page and see what they say.
