If i use Nature power on a air balloon/levitater does that mean id hit them as a normal attack if it was earthquake or will nature power actually turn into a ground type and do everything earthquake would do?
It will turn into Earthquake (Power, Accuracy, Type, Targets & all). Levitators, flyers, & Air Balloner will not be hit.
