Situation:
Beartic uses rain dance. Altaria's cloud nine activates, then 5 turns later he switches out.
-- Will rain still be up?
Basically my question is, When someone rain dances, then cloud nine is activated, do you still lose the turn of weather? Or is the weather resumed after the cloud nine Pokemon dies / switches out
