Where can you find "Traveling Merchants" that sell Thunderstones in Pokemon Conquest?

I only have 7 kingdoms and i can't find a traveling merchant. What do i need to do to get one to show up?

Unfortunately, it's random. So be patient, and one will turn up. Make sure you have a lot of money, because some of the items can be expensive.
