Level up sketch numbers ?

if you get a level 41 smeargle will it have more than 4 sketch

What do you mean? Poke'mon can only learn four moves at a time. Also, you asked this question twice.

I hate to be contradictory, but the BA is wrong. Pokemon cannot have the same move twice in their movesets, and it is no different for Smeargle's Sketch. If already knows Sketch it will not learn via level up.
