What are good Special Choice scarf sweepers in each tier that are like Genesect?

Question

By "Like Genesect" I mean that they have high speed and offenses and wide move pools that include U-turn/Volt-switch. I have found that Azelf works well with it (Flame-thrower, U-turn, Thunderbolt, Psychic). I want to know any that are like this. At least 1 for each tier. They must have U-turn and have at least 2 of the following: Flamethrower, Ice-beam, Thunderbolt (or very similar moves excluding hidden power). Thanks :D

Having trouble with the other tiers. Either they cannot learn a Fire, ELectric, or Ice -Type move, or all they learn are moves like Charge Beam or Icy Wind.
