Ditto with Imposter vs. Kirlia with Trace
Kirlia's Trace
Kirlia copied the foe's Imposter!
Kirlia's Imposter
...What would happen then?

Nothing.
Ditto would have used Impostor and transformed, gaining Kirlia's Trace.

I've got to ask, what if there is a Zoroark sent out first against Ditto, which cancels it's ability. Then it switches to Kirlia, what would happen then?

Nothing because ditto becomes kirlia and kirlia traces ditto which makes it stay as kirlia. When the next Pokemon comes out than it changes its ability to the next opponent.
