Ok from what I learned from my previous question, thanks Mew :3, is that there is a difference in EV training a level 30 vs a level 100.
My Question: How does EV training a level 30 differ from EV training a level 100
EV training at Level 100 allows you to see that 4 EVs = 1 stat point. At lower levels, you can't see this change, as the EV system works differently in lower levels. EV training isn't different.
