What happens if you rage quit on the random wifi battles on Black/White 2?

I asked one similar to this a while back, but apparently it has changed.

Nope if you Rage Quit on Random Match-Up it doesn't count as a win or a lose.

good thing is now, if you rage quit you get banned from wifi for 1 hour which means all the competitive players won't rage quit because it'll be wasting their time.
