Huh, I think you didnt get the joke there. Using an Assaul Vest on a pokémon increases its Special Defense by 1.5 but makes it use only attacking moves. So having all non-attacking moves on such a pokémon renders it useless in battle. So yeah, I was being sarcastic when I said that is the best way of using Aaaaaaaaa in competitive. XD
