I don't really remember much about what happened 3 years ago. I mean... I remember that it was a Thursday. A beautiful one, at that. Trees were blooming, birds were singing. But... that's all I remember. The tragedy must have wiped my memory. I don't remember... anything. Not even my own name. I can hear a voice. I can't really make it out... But it's getting closer. I open my eyes to see a lady bending down, looking at me. "Oh, you're awake! Are you okay?" She asks, pulling me up. I look around, genuinely confused. I have no idea where I am. She must have had no clue where SHE was, either, because she saw me looking around and asks: "Do you not know where you are, either? Yeah, this place is a maze. I don't even know how I found you here!" I look at her, and her sympathetic smile turns into a frown. "Are you okay?" She asks. "N... N... No." I say. "Oh, I'm so sorry to hear that. My name is Valentina. What's your name?" She asks. But I don't remember it. So I tell her that. "I, uh... I don't remember my name." "Oh, you don't?" "No. You see..." I tell her about the tragedy I suffered through. She makes a face of pure shock when I finish.
