I also love rating teams. I was in the good road, but as my activity dropped a bit and teams are getting better, I don't see the necessity to rate.

I will be likely able to rate it. My activity dropped as well. It is not that I am bored, but I am really into spriting now, and I don't always find the time (I am not available 1/3 of the time).
