Sableye, Cradily and Charizard are all viable, just not together. Most of his team is easily replaceable. I stress again, please only RATE teams, not BUILD them. If it's all the same to you, I'd like to make my answer into a Sun team.

You do know that this is "Rate My Team", not "Make My Team", right? I would highly suggest against creating a whole new team, since it doesn't really fix anything in the original. If the post is complete garbage then that's fine, but I think this team is salvageable as either a Mega Zard Sun team or Mega Blastoise Rain team.

Haha ironically I'm the most rookie VGC player out here (started late March).
I may not be much help, but I know a few really good VGC players whom you could approach. Namely Astronautical (a little new but good nonetheless), Scilicet (learned most my VGC from her) and Cerberus. Cerberus (AD) is the most experienced of them all, and you can find him on our DB server (name Toon_Cerberus). The other two are fairly active enough over here.
