I plan on answering the viability of Falinks in NatDex RU, but kind of want to mention even lower tiers like NatDex NU and NatDex PU. However, those are very niche formats and their resources can be found in Discord servers. Would that be okay or no?

they are just crazy (also i used porygon-z in legends arceus and mimikyu in UM, they each carried their respective runs)

I honestly need to update that for gen 9, but Falinks, Decidueye, and Mimikyu aren't likely to changed. Decidueye misses out on the Grass slot because Bayleef is never getting dethroned.

I understand the confusion
