So I'm doing what I do best. SAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Taco Bell (Bronzong) @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def/ 4 SpD
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Gyro Ball
- Toxic
- Stealth Rock
- Sandstorm

Alright, this guy is bulky, awesome, and bulky. He's my streamer without sand-stream. Besides that he gets up rocks, toxic stall, and Gyro Ball! Yup, 0 Speed IVs too. He walls things like, idunno, Scarfed Krookodile using earthquake and stuff like that. I'm excited to try this guy out.

Lil' Monster (Sandslash) (F) @ Smooth Rock
Trait: Sand Rush
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Swords Dance
- X-Scissor

When I saw this guy in RU, I knew I had to bring him to the big leagues. Sand Rush needs to be exploited. Since there aren't many weather teams in UU, I don't have too much to worry when it comes to losing my ability. With Sandslash's natural physical Defensive bulk, he might be able to get up a swords dance and sweep-- At least that's what I plan to do. Normally I would've given him an Adamant nature, but that would put me JUST behind the scarfed Krooks and Flygons.

Mudmonster (Swampert) (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Waterfall
- Avalanche
- Curse

Alright! Here's my swampert. This guy has avalanche, which takes care of Flygon, and some grass types that predict you're going to switch out that start to set up. Curse is to set up, and Waterfall/EQ provide powerful STAB.

Flygon (F) @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Fire Punch
- Outrage
- U-turn

Though I wanted my team to be speedy, I couldn't have TWO choice scarfers, and though lots of you would've picked Krookodile, I had to go with flygon. Krookodile might have a higher attack, but not a higher speed, plus he doesn't get a STAB Outrage. Fire Punch is for the bronzongs, U-turn is to high tail it outta there.

Aerodactyl (F) @ Choice Band
Trait: Rock Head
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Aqua Tail
- Double-Edge

Another RU pokemon? I know, but don't worry, he should do the trick. Note, Aerodactyl isn't outsped by ANYTHING in the UU tier, but ties with Crobat, who is usually given more bulk anyway. This guy is another sweeper, and though at first he looks frail, he has the Sand Storm SpD boost, which allows him to take more grass-type hits, and maybe a water one too.

Penguin (Empoleon) (M) @ Smooth Rock
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Agility
- Ice Beam
- Surf
- Grass Knot

Finally, we needed someone to take the water type hits. This isn't only a bulky penguin, he can be sweeping too! 1 Agility puts him at 438, outspeeding almost everything but JOLLY flygons/Krooks, and after two he's ready to sweep everything, or put a dent in it. Overall, my team is pretty fast.

Sand was banned in UU. Sand was the only thing usable about Stoutland. Now it is a Pokemon with fairly mediocre stats, a movepool that doesn't offer incredibly powerful attacks, and a bland Normal typing. It becomes outclassed by things like Raticate now.
Wait.... When and who banned Sand in UU? Any links, please?
What? Since when?

Sand isn't band, Sand Stream is banned.
