Dr. Flame is wrong on this one. Spore + Choice Scarf is a very good combination. I would suggest you take out Rock Tomb since it won't be doing you much. You can use Stone Edge with barely any accuracy less than Rock Tomb but more damage. Replace Mach Punch with Brick Break wince you're already so fast.

I don't see much use in the Lum Berry for him, switch it out for Expert Belt. You have 3 punching moves and no Iron Fists? WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT? Seriously though, change Sheer Force to Iron Fists. Other than that there really is nothing more to change.

Scrafty
I don't see the point in having two moves that up your attack, you aren't gonna run out of PP for either. I'd say get rid of D-Dance, the extra Defense boost will allow you to survive bigger hits and do more damage. Replace D-Dance with Fake Out or Ice Punch. I know Fake Out isn't usually on Scrafty but hey, it'll surprise your opponent. Ice Punch is just coverage.

Infernape is a lot better physically in my opinion so I'm basically gonna change most of the set.
