Here is my first NU team ever! I hope it is good. It is an origanl team with some origanal and some smogon teams. Here are some Defensive sets for starters.

EVs: 252 Sp.Atk/4 Sp.Def/252 Speed
Fire Blast
HP(Grass)
Earth powerShell Smash
For starters this guy will do Shell Smash. He has a Focus Sash to ensure that he does. Earth Power is for good reliable STAB coverage. Fire Blast will be used for roasting almost everthing it meets. HP Grass for coverage against Water types.

Nature: Bold
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 Sp.Def
Giga Drain
Sleep Powder
Knock Off
HP(Ice)
The classic Tangerator. Regenerator with Lefties for almost sure HP recovery. Sleep Powder for pure annoyance of your opponent and to keep their pokemon at bay until your sweepers come in. Knock Off is to screw all those eviolite and choice users in NU. Last HP ice is to hit Flying and Grass types hard.

This Guy can just kind switch in whenever near the begining of the battle to set up at least one layer of Rocks. Discharge is solid STAB. Scald is used for burning the foe and coverage. Earth Power is also good STAB that just about finished him.

First of all, Leaf Blade for reliable STAB. Coil, the best boosting move for serpy. Dragon tail, who doesn't hate phazers? And Substitute so he can switch in after Tangela and get he seeds.

Sucker Punch

Thunder Fang
Ice Fang
Finally this guy can shine! Sucker Punch to either scare or KO the Ghost and Psychis types. Crunch to deal with them. Thunder Fang and Ice Fang for great coverage.
I need another NU pokemon to finish this team. Please suggest one.
