okay this looks like a good team but I see a few problems. Why wouldnt you use unburden sceptile and hitmonlee? they hit hard already and with that almost no one will outspeed them. so here is my suggestions for this team.

ok first I have a couple changes to your aerodactyl I would like to put in.

Aerodactyl (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 72 HP / 252 Atk / 184 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Stealth Rock
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake
- Taunt
ok this is different then your set in a couple ways the obvious one is pressure. rock head want doing anything on your other set so I thought you might want to use pressure since it is better than using nothing. next I through in more speed since a lot of people use the same spread and this way you can outspeed them. you dont really need life orb ase he is going to be hitting rediculously hard as it is.

Nidoqueen (F) @ Life Orb
Trait: Sheer Force
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd /4SpD
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Thunderbolt
- Earth Power
- Ice Beam/Blizzard
- Sludge Wave
now I only did two little things on nidoqueen. one is timid because she is hitting pretty dang hard as is with life orb and sheer force boost. then is ice beam because I prefer a bolt beam since ice hits everything fire does but ice. you wouldnt be staying in on a cryogonal or jynx so it doesnt seem like you need fire blast. or I wouldnt reccomend it but you could use blizzard if you wanted to keep the huge power.

typholsion and feraligator look good to me.

okay on hitmolee and sceptile I prefer to have them being rediculously fast then using life orb so I would reccomend these sets.

Sceptile (M) @ White Herb
Trait: Unburden
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd / 4 SpD
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Leaf Storm
- Focus Blast
- Giga Drain
- Hidden Power [Rock]
wasnt exactly sure what to run to get that unburden boost seeing as I usually run him pysical. so I thought you could use white herb so as not to loose the specal attack after the drop. this way he would still have a high special attack stat. then I switched synthesis for giga drain so you can do damage and get recovery.

Hitmonlee (M) @ Normal Gem
Trait: Unburden
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 SpD
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Pursuit/Sucker Punch
- Close Combat
- Fake Out
- Bullet Punch/ rock slide
okay so sure you dont have a ton of power any more on him but he will still be hitting hard with that nice 339 attack. bullet punch is for revenge killing in case you want priority for some reason. rock slide is for flying and grass types like if they switch in sceptile or sigilyph. pursuit or sucker punch is prefrence. if you no they are going to switch then you could use pursuit to hit hard or you could run sucker punch to guarntee you go first. fake out to get the speed boost and close combat because it hits rediculously hard.

i tried to keep your team the same since you probably want that so thats my answer. I wont say hope it helps since thats obviously what the point of the answer is supposed to do :p
