It needs a lot of improvement.Inappropriate moveset according to the nature.Ice beam and hydro pump needs to be removed since its nature is adament.It decreases the power of SpA moves by 10%.Use this moveset to make it a deadly killer.

Its pretty good and I like it.So no changes to it.
Bisharp
It needs improvement.Guillotine needs to be removed.Very poor accuracy and if you are at a lower level than the foe's then it is sure to fail.Get rid of it.I suggest you to use a swords dance set.

Well its useless to have 2 fighting type moves and having focus punch,you might probably be dead cause it is a two turn move.I will give you two movesets,1 on sub-Focus punch set and another on a good killing set.

Earthquake is useless according to the nature.It just decreases the power of that move.So use earth power.Fire blast has a poor accuracy.Replace it with flamethrower since it is more reliable.Replace draco meteor with dragon pulse since you lose a tonne of SpA using draco meteor.Solarbeam can be replaced with giga drain.
Kingdra
Well training it in both attack and special attack is good.So no changes.
