Hello Flame, I have a few suggestions. The

This team looks solid except that, from a Defensive perspective, lacks a Physical Wall. Although Tentacruel invest in Defense, he is not the best for the job. The idea of using a Shell Smasher is appealing, although I personally think that a Bulkier Pokemon with Intimidate does a better job. By now, you should know where I'm going with this. Your smart :)

Politoed

Ah, what would a Rain Dance team be without this annoying Rain Summoner? Politoed is fine.

Tentacruel

Both it's moveset and EV's are fine but I suggest Bold > Calm Nature. With little to no SDef. EV's, Tentacruel will not reach it's full walling potential. He reaches 4.40 EV's when he has 4 Def. and a +Def. Nature, which is not even a full EV.

Gastrodon

No suggestions here.

Sharpedo

An alternate set:

Sharpedo @ Choice Band / Focus Sash
Ability: Speed Boost
EV's: 4 Def / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly or Adamant Nature (+Spd, -SAtk / +Atk, - SAtk)
- Waterfall
- Crunch / Night Slash
- Eathquake
- Aqua Jet / Substitute

An ideal Late Game Sweeper. Choice Band is complimented well by the Speed Boost Ability, (as you can imagine), or you can be safe and run a Focus Sash set. The EV's or the Nature don't need to be explained, do they? Waterfall and Crunch are both STAB attacks, and Earthquake is for coverage. Aqua Jet is to be run on the Choice Band or Focus Sash set, so he cannot be prey to Mach Punch, while Substitute serves the same purpose and is to be run on the Focus Sash set, or Substitute serves the same purpose, but with an item of your choice. I prefer either the Choice Band or Substitute set, ESPECIALLY the Substitute set.

Carracost

Shell Smasher. I got that. However, this guy isn't the fastest Pokemon, and is often predicted to Shell Smash. As I stated before, this team lacks a premier Defensive wall, as your Octopus-Squid thingy isn't the best Physically Defensive wall. Here is what I suggest:

Physically Defensive Gyarados
Gyarados @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EV's: 252 HP / 172 / 86 Atk
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Waterfall / Aqua Tail
- Dragon Tail
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge / Ice Fang

Yes I did. And yes it's possible. Physically Defensive Gyarados' Water / Flying typing grants it resistance to Fighting, Bug, and Steel (Scizor's Bullet Punch) types, which are all common Physcial Attackers; an Immunity to Ground type, which are almost all Physical Attackers. That being said, this guy is the BEST counter to Lucario, Scizor, Metagorss, and even Keldeo, despite it being a Special Attacker. (Even a Moxie set uses these guys as set-up fodders, ask Spoink). It's moveset is self explanotory, Waterfall is your STAB, Earthquake smacks Electrics, Stone Edge / Ice Fang are there for coverage, and Dragon Tail activates Toxic Spikes before they are cleared. BEWARE OF GENESECT AND SCARFED THUNDURUS-T.

Rotom-W

No suggestions on this thing either.

So these are my suggestions to you Flame. Good luck with your Monotype Water team.
