You're going nowhere with Taunt, lol. It's just too slow to use it, most likely you're getting Taunted your self. And Tbh, if someone taunts you you're totally screwed. So put an attacking move like Brave Bird (replacing Taunt) so you can do some damage. Roost is also helpful, if you can find a place to put it.

Alakazam
You need Timid. Timid makes Alakazam really fast, and hard to outspeed. Substitue is also a great option for Charge Beam since Special Attack is high anyway, but it's your choice.

Wish And Softboiled isn't the best idea, Wish + Protect or Softboiled is all you need. The rest of Chansey is great.

No suggestions. Unless you have a change of heart and go for a physcial set:
Lucario @ Life Orb/Leftovers
Trait: Steadfast
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Nature: Jolly (+Spe, -Atk)
- Swords Dance
- Bullet Punch
- Extremespeed
- Close Combat
Same formay, just physical. But this is just an option, to see if it works better for your team.
