You may have guessed, this is a OU sun team.

Ninetales @ Air Balloon
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Trait: Drought
Timid Nature
• Flamethrower
• Sunny Day
• Solar Beam
• Will-o-Wisp
Sunny Day is included just in case a Politoed or Tyranitar pops up. Solar Beam can OHKO both of them in sun. Flamethrower occupies the first slot as the STAB move of choice, sporting perfect accuracy and decent power in sun. Will-O-Wisp lets Ninetales check a ton of physical attackers, such as Dragonite, by outspeeding and crippling them.

Venusaur @ Life Orb
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Trait: Chlorophyll
Adamant Nature
•Seed Bomb
•Growth
•Earthquake
•Sleep Powder
In sun, Growth ups Attack and Special Attack by 2 stages. Seed Bomb is Venusaur's strongest physical Grass move, as Power Whip is illegal with Chlorophyll. Earthquake can take out Chandelure and Heatran at the cost of poorer neutral coverage. Sleep Powder can be used instead to incapacitate a counter, but the inability to harm Steel-types is a problem.

Volcarona @ Chesto Berry
EVs: 252 SpA / 160 Spe / 96 HP
Trait: Flame Body
Modest Nature
• Quiver Dance
• Fiery Dance
• Rest
• Bug Buzz
Taking advantage of Volcarona's natural special bulk, this set attempts to set up as many Quiver Dances as possible as your opponent keeps attacking, and then use Rest to heal off any damage and status the Volcarona might have taken. From that point on, it's sweeping time!

Dragonite @ Lum Berry
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Trait: Multiscale
Adamant Nature
• Dragon Dance
• Outrage
• Earthquake
• Fire Punch
Dragon Dance is to get a stat boost. Outrage with Lum Berry means no confusion. Fire Punch against Ice types. Earthquake is for beating some rain team Pokemon.

Zoroark @ Life Orb
EVs: 252 Spe / 252 SpA / 4 HP
Trait: Illusion
Modest Nature
• Flamethrower
• Nasty Plot
• Dark Pulse
• Focus Blast
Zoroark's ability Illusion, enables it to disguise itself as the last Pokemon in a party. Sun teams can capitalize on Illusion in various ways, for instance, Zoroark disguised as a Chlorophyll sweeper such as Venusaur, can lure in general threats to sun teams such as Latios, Latias, Heatran, and Tyranitar, all of which Zoroark can KO with its Dark-type STAB attacks or Focus Blast, granting the actual Venusaur on your team and any other sun sweepers, an easier time sweeping the opponent's team.

Dugtrio @ Focus Sash
Ability: Arena Trap
EVs : 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Nature: Jolly (+Spe, -SpA)
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Sucker Punch
- Reversal
Focus Sash both allows it to function as a reliable Stealth Rock setter and ensures a full-power Reversal after taking a hit from Tyranitar, Politoed, or Heatran that would otherwise OHKO it. While Stone Edge may be the more common choice for coverage against Flying-types, Sucker Punch is preferred here to take out Offensive Trick Room Reuniclus, one of the greatest threats to speedy and frail sun teams.

6 sweepers.... I see some error in that alone. Your foe sets up Stealth Rock... Add a Spinner for staters.
Hyper Offense is a viable strategy.
I don't think Zoroark fits well on the team. It can only hide as Venusaur, and since your opponent knows that, they are likely to be able to have a good chance at countering you. They'll play smart and will likely take it down pretty easily.
Well a Hyper Offensvie teams needs a bit more speed than this one has.
