You need Evs. In-game teams are not allowed. Hide this.
It's not an in-game team, and while he does need EVs, he is a new user, so he probably didn't know.

Skarmory - Your set is pretty close to the standard (And the best) Skarmory set out there. I am going to give this set to you, and you won't have to change much.

Skarmory @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Atk
Impish Nature
- Brave Bird/Taunt/Toxic
- Roost
- Spikes
- Whirlwind

Brave Bird can be used for picking off weakened enemies that have very little health, or Close Combat users, as it will be taking a large chunk of HP when SE and the target is at -1 Def. Taunt can cripple walls, giving you some room to SpikeStack, or Toxic for some annoying HP stalling. Whirlwind is better than Roar because it is, and Roost makes Skarmory one big pain in the you-know-where.

Krookodile - Krookodile is pretty sweet, and his Ground typing really supports Skarmory, but his Dark typing means that he is easy prey for the Fighting types that plague your team. As an alternative scarfer, I propose Landorus, as it resists Fighting, can revenge kill like a baws, and retains that blessed Ground typing.

Landorus @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Sand Force
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Naive Nature
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- U-turn
- Hidden Power [Ice]/Explosion

Earthquake is STAB, Stone Edge gets great coverage with EQ, U-turn revenge kills, and HP Ice kills other Ground type, while Explosion lets him go out with a...bang.

Hydriegon - Looks pretty good, but replace Earth Power for Roost, making a very trolly SubRoost set, which is very hard to take down.

Starmie - Unless you want one (Comment if you do) a Spinner is not really needed on this team, and that is why I am going to propose my favorite kind of Starmie, sweeper Starmie.

Starmie @ Life Orb
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Hidden Power [Fire]/Psychic
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt

Hydro Pump is STAB, and hits really hard considering Starmie's average SAtk. HP Fire deals with Ferrothorn and Scizor, which present large problems to your team, and Ice Beam and Thunderbolt have exceptional coverage. One perk to this set is that most people will be expecting Rapid Spin, when in reality you are ready to sweep them senseless. Also, Scizor and Ferrothorn will not be expecting an HP Fire, just mind that in the rain, Hydro Pumo should be used on Scizor instead of HP Fire, and Ferrothorn will not be OHKO'd by HP Fire unless you are in the sun, so make sure the target Ferrothorn has at most around 85% HP if you want to kill it in one hit with HP Fire.

Magnezone - If you want another Electric type, I suggest Jolteon.

Jolteon @ Choice Specs
Trait: Volt Absorb
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature
- Volt Switch
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Shadow Ball

Volt Switch is for scouting and works well with Landorus's U-turn, Thunderbolt is STAB, HP Ice hits ground types, and Shadow Ball is basically a filler and I highly doubt you will ever need it.

Chandelure - You seem to be running Bulky Chandy, I prefer sweeper Chandy. Credit to Hex for this set, it's a good one.

Chandelure @ Leftovers
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Modest Nature
- Substitute
- Pain Split
- Fire Blast
- Shadow Ball

Sub and Pain Split form a deadly combo, as Sub takes away your HP, making Pain Split much more effective, while keeping Chandy protected from revenge kills and priority. Shadow Ball and Fire Blast are STABs, and both hit considerably hard.
