I think that u should replace Latias's thunderbolt with surf.(better coverage)
Surf would help u weaken a lot of Latas's top treats like:

 1. Tyranitar with STAB Crunch(almost all tyranitar have crunch)
 2. Aggron with a dragon type move
 3. Honchkrow with STAB Night Slash
 4. Weavile with STAB Night Slash
 5. Metagross with STAB,steel gem boosted Meteor Mash
 6. etc....

But u should do something about ur ice weaknesses(5 out the 6 pokemon are weak to it)

Tar,Genesect, and Exca aren't weak to ice lol. Genesect even resist it.
