Will-O-Wisp > Toxic for Sableye, and it should have Leftovers. Focus Sash isn't that useful considering that it has no weaknesses, so it would take some crit to OHKO Sableye.
Terrakion, either Choice Band or Scarf. Muscle Band is worthless considering there are better options like those aforementioned.
