**Spiritomb** looks good aswell, the only thing I would change would be Calm Mind instead of Nasty Plot. Calm Mind increases Sp.Atk and Sp.Def .
**Honchkrow** Is good aswell, just try to avoid Electric and Rock type moves. You've got Heat Wave as coverage which is awesome!
**Drapion** Awesome :D
**Hydreigon** Is good aswell, I dont get why you have surf though, maybe as a filler? But since its a dark type I would put in Dark Pulse *-* (Just love that move)

Spiritomb is better off having Pressure to waste your opponent's PP (since it has no weaknesses).
I would put Sableye in there somewhere as well, just as another fail safe for the Fighting Weakness.

thanks everyone , to answer why hydreigon has surf , I know that if a pokemon has a dragon and a fire type move it will do at least neutral damage to every pokemon except flash fire heatran which happens to be quite popular , since hydreigon can't learn earth power as well as the risk that heatran may have air balloon, I thought a strong water type like surf would be appropriate

You can't make a full rate based on opinion. You have to go statically and factually and a dash of opinion but not full on opinion.
