Yea you really need a spinner. Tentacruel or Starmie as a water counter, and replace Cresselia.

I don't feel as if Cresselia is really doing anything for your team. At least give it Ice Beam > Psychic since nothing is immune to Ice Beam.

I would personally choose Latias as a dual screener instead of Cress if you really want one, as well as a counter to rain teams.
