I know this question already has an answer, but I used that answer to make modifications. Now I am looking for new answers.

So after asking this question and then this question, and especially thanks to user fondant, this is the outcome of my team. There are still some things undecided, so if you have even a minor suggestion for a comment I'd appreciate it.

LickyLicky@Normal Gem
Ability: Cloud Nine
Nature: Adamant(Att+/Spd-)
EV's: 252 Att/252 HP/ 4 Def

Ev's 252 SpAtt/252 HP/ 4 SpDef
-Blizzard
-Protect
-Giga Drain
-Ice Shard

Mienshao@focus sash
Ability: Inner Focus
Nature: Jolly(Spd+/SpAtt-)
EV's 252 Att/252 Spd/4 HP
-Fake Out
-Poison Jab/Wide Guard

EVs: 252 Att, 252 SpDef, 4 Def
Nature: Brave(Att+, Spd-)
-X-Sissor
-Iron Head
-Bug Bite/Swords Dance/Double Edge
-Quick Guard
I'm not very sure of this moveset. Escavalier has a lot of good options.
Also, do you believe that using scary face on my ally for trick room is a good idea, or a waste of a turn?

Garchomp@Garchompite?
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 156 Att, Spd 252, 100 HP (What do you think of this spread? I usually max stats, but I feel like some HP would be good too.)
Nature: Jolly (Spd+,SpAtt-)
-Earthquake
-Dragon Claw (are there any better dragon moves for it?)
-Rock Slide
-Uh
I'm not really sure about the last move. Garchomp has a good range of types to choose from, with moves like aerial ace, poison jab, as well as access to swords dance.

The three pokemon below were removed/replaced from my team, but I'll put them here and if you can give me any good reason to consider bringing them back to the team, please do tell.

Noivern@Yache berry
Ability: Telepathy
Nature: Modest(SpAtt+/Att+)
EV's 252 SpAtt/ 252 Spd/ 4 HP
-Boom Burst
-Dragon Pulse
-Flamethrower

Gengar@?

-Shadow Ball
-Protect
-Focus Blast

Again big thanks to Fondant for helping me construct this team by commenting on my other questions before this.

Mienshao is in the Kalos dex. It would actually be a better Pokemon than Mr. Mime considering that it has Inner Focus so it won't flinch from Fake Out itself.
Huh. I don't recall a single one on my journey. In that case, a wide lens high jump kick would almost always hit with 99% acc. I really want to avoid getting haxed. That's why I don't like focus blast. Then drain punch or protect?
Sorry I don't play VGC that much, however someone who does goes by the AlphaDraconis, (I think) if you ask him you'll get much better advice than what I can give :)
I'll look into to it but test week coming up so it will take a few days
Thanks. I'm new to VGC, and although Fondant helped me  a lot, another viewpoint would be really helpful.

Mienshao @ Focus Sash
Ability: Inner Focus
EVs: 252 Atk, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Nature: Jolly
-Fake Out
-Wide Guard
-Rock Slide
-Drain Punch

I think Drain Punch > Hi Jump Kick in this occasion in order to make use of the sash. If Focus Sash doesn't break on the first turn, then Drain Punch can replenish health to reactivate the Sash. Also there are a lot of Ghost types in VGC like Sableye, Dusclops and Chandelure, and if they switch in to a High Jump Kick, you will lost half your health.

Replace Malamar with:

Reuniclus
Reuniclus @ Life Orb
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Sp. Atk, 4 Def
Nature: Quiet
-Trick Room
-Psychic/ Psyshock
-Focus Blast
-Protect/ Shadow Ball

OR

Chandelure @ Life Orb/ Expert Belt
Ability: Infiltrator
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Sp. Atk, 4 Def
Nature: Quiet
-Heat Wave
-Shadow Ball
-Trick Room
-Protect

Currently you have nothing that survives Hail damage except Abomasnow. I think Reuniclus would be a good option due to its bulk and high sp. atk. Malamar doesn't really have any stats that stand out, even though Contrary is nice.

Chandelure, while not surviving Hail damage, does have a STAB move that hits 2 opponents at the same time. It also has Infiltrator as its hidden ability, available in Friend Safaris, which will hit things behind substitute and both screens.

Expert Belt is an option for Chandelure since it'll take hail and Life Orb damage, while Reuniclus won't.

Abomasnow @ Abomasnowite
Ability: Snow Warning
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Sp. Atk, 4 Atk
Nature: Quiet
-Blizzard
-Giga Drain
-Ice Shard
-Protect

You could make Abomasnow physical > special since I'm suggesting Reuniclus, but then a physical run Abomasnow forfeits Giga Drain recovery. You also need to split EVs because Blizzard is the attraction in using Abomasnow.

Lickilicky @ Normal Gem
Ability: Cloud Nine
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Atk, 4 Def
Nature: Adamant (+Atk, -Sp. Atk, not speed)
-Protect
-Explosion
-Earthquake/ Rock Slide
-Power Whip

It'll seem strange at first that I'm advising a Lickilicky with Cloud Nine, but weather is pretty popular in VCG, especially with Thunder & Hurricane's accuracy in Rain, the sp. def from Sand for Rock types and Solarbeam & Chlorophyll in Drought. Lickilicky can be a good option to shut down other weather & take them out so Hail can be the main weather in the game. I believe that Drought will be the main problem in VGC'14 though, because of Mega-Charizard Y, which will override Hail because Drought will only activate with its mega-evolution.

If you can't get one with Cloud Nine, either go with Own Tempo or go with a Golduck.

As for Noivern, I don't see it surviving a STAB Ice Beam even with the Berry. Nor do I really see what Gengar is adding to your team. I think Noivern and Gengar suit Tailwind teams better, but I guess they could be good attackers if Trick Room runs out and Abomasnow & Reuniclus/Chandelure are out of the game. Also, Telepathy is useless for Noivern because you have no moves that will hit it. Go with Frisk or Infiltrator. I think you should replace either of them with something like Garchomp though, so you can use Earthquake and not hit your team mate. Still, maybe it would be better to go with another Trick Room setter like Slowbro.

What I would suggest is looking into is Escavalier, which has a good movepool but another double fire weakness, though it's got more chance of surviving a Fire attack with Occa Berry than Noivern does w/ Ice & Yache Berry. It's got really low speed as well, which means it can help on a Trick Room team, and also Overcoat, meaning it won't take Hail damage.

I see that nobody uses Malamar much, or at all, the suggestion looks good for his team though still has weaknesses, cause every team has one
It's really hard to account for weaknesses in doubles, considering that there are 2 Pokemon and therefore 8 potential moves that can target one of your Pokemon on the field at any one time. I think you just have to use Pokemon that have a wide movepool/ for their abilities in doubles. That's how I feel about my doubles battling experience anyway...
Thanks for all your help Fondant. I think I'll go with Chandelure over Reuniclus, and I've heard that Garchomp is a good way to counter mega Charizard Y. I'll take a look at escavalier as wel. I was playing around on Showdown in the VGC format, and I didn't find wide-guard on Meinshao to be very useful. I've thought about why, and I think that some people know that it has wide guard, so they wont use those moves. Should I even have the move? It appears to work as some sort of fear factor anyway. lol
