Anyways, nice team. +1

That being said, your team is ABSOL(lolpun)UTELY stalled out by opposing Florges. Unless you get a Knock Off on a switch-in, or Trick the scarf unto it, you'll be looking at a very long and frustrating match. Personally, your Florges does nothing but heal stuff up. It's best synergetic resist it offer is against Dark types, which Heracross can handle all day. To me, it seems that you use Florges as a "I'm-scared-of-status-in-case-my-prediction-sucks" type of pokemon.

Conclusion?  Add a SDef Rachi (Gen 5 set) in Florges' place. Not only will it help you deal with opposing Florges, but it will also help paralyze opposing scarfers/speedy pokemons, which helps your somewhat slow team greatly.
I love how Rotom-H waves to me.
What if Chandelure has the Ability Levitate? Then you just gave your opponent a free turn

Welcome to the wonderful world of UU
I suggest you go try Gen 5 UU because it's much better.
But anyway let's get started with this.

Florges

This is fine, however, I suggest that you change the EV spread to something that has a little more defense EV's on it, just so you can take physical fighting moves better.
I suggest a spread of 252 HP / 168 SpD / 88 Def. You can change that if you want, however, now you should be able to tank stuff like Virizion's Close Combat much easier.

Heracross

Tbh, Stone Edge and Earthquake is quite redundant on a scarfer. I would actually suggest putting Pursuit in place of either EQ or SE, just so stuff like Chandelure locked into Energy Ball will get a guaranteed 80%+ damage done. (I think) Also, with steel not resisting dark types anymore, this move can hit much more stuff.

Rotom-H

Two scarfers? I'm not sure if that's totally necessary.
I would actually suggest either changing Heracross to a Band set, for more power when Gut's boosted, or change this to a Specs Modest set. Overheat, coming off a specs STAB Rotom-H, will hurt anything not called Flash Fire in UU for a lot of damage. The moveset can stay the same, though.

Slowbro

Some things wrong with this one.
I'm not exactly seeing the point of this. Why do you want an Assault Vest on a defensive set? You even have defensive EV's. Sorry, either make this one have Lefties, (NOT recommended) or like they say, go big or go home. In this case, it's home.
Like Lenub said, your team is extremely weak to Florges. It can basically stall out your entire team without fear.
I guess a Jirachi to take this thing's place, keeping the psychic typing but adding steel. If you want, and I've done it before, you can slap a Assault Vest on Jirachi, but like I said, you already have a Florges so that's a bit redundant. Just have Iron Head, and the Jirachi set is yours to make up. You could add SR to this team, and maybe a little paralysis support?

Zapdos

Zapdos is good, maybe get rid of a little HP EV's and put some more into SpA? or even Speed. However it doesn't really matter on this bird so it's really your choice.

Absol

Absol if fine.
