To maximize your team's potential, we'll change a few things around. Changes will be in bold.
Conkeldurr @ Flame Orb
Ability: Guts
EVs: 116 HP / 192 Atk / 200 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Drain Punch
- Ice Punch
- Mach Punch
- Knock Off
Interesting EV spread. Is there anything in particular that you're trying to survive with the spread you have? If not, I would recommend that you max HP and Attack and dump the rest into Speed to speedcreep other Conkeldurr. As for his moveset, Ice Punch would give you better coverage than Thunder Punch and Knock Off would probably be more useful than Poison Jab, although I can see where you're going there. I like the Flame Orb/Guts thing you've got going on.
Pinsir (M) @ Pinsirite
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 HP
Jolly Nature
- Return
- Earthquake
- Quick Attack
- Swords Dance
I love Mega Pinsir-- it wrecks. Your EV spread is kinda weird, though. You need Mega Pinsir to be fast, and no amount of investment in its HP will make it bulky, so max its Speed instead. You also seem to be forgetting that you've got an extra four EVs after you max two stats, so dump those remaining EVs into HP. To help him outspeed as much as possible, run Jolly over Adamant. I can understand why you've got X-Scissor, but it's not that good for coverage in OU. Return has better power and better coverage.
Tyranitar @ Assault Vest
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Stone Edge
- Fire Punch
- Earthquake
- Crunch
Assault Vest Tyranitar is certainly a force to be reckoned with. I don't quite understand your EV spread here-- anything in particular you're trying to survive? Try a set with maxed HP and Attack with the rest in Special Defense. You don't need to invest in SDef so much because:
a) Tyranitar's SDef is naturally high
b) You're running Assault Vest, and
c) The sandstorm doubles Rock-types' SDef.
You can also run Adamant over Careful for more power. Also, I would be careful about using Tyranitar because your other Pokemon take damage from the sandstorm. It should be fine as long as you run a 'mon or two that's immune to the damage. We'll work on that some. Also, Assault Vest Tyranitar helps you team out because it can take Ice and Fire hits to the face for your other members.
Greninja is a cool Pokemon, but you need a powerful special attacker that won't take sandstorm damage.
Alakazam @ Focus Sash
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd / 4 HP
Timid Nature
- Calm Mind
- Psyshock
- Focus Blast
- Shadow Ball
With this set, you can get a guaranteed Calm Mind setup and then wreck everything. Psyshock over Psychic so you can deceive a special defender that might try to wall it. Focus Blast gets great coverage and Shadow Ball helps you get rid of Ghost-type threats.
Although Togekiss can be a useful Defogger, I recommend Latios for more offensive potential.
Latios @ Life Orb
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd / 4 HP
Timid Nature
- Dragon Pulse
- Psyshock
- Roost
- Defog
Here you can get a lot of damage in while still having the support of Defog. You're also likely to last awhile longer than a specs Latios since you have Roost. The reason I recommend Latios over Togekiss is because I think your team could use more special attacking force and Togekiss works better as a staller than a special threat.
Gliscor is a useful physical tank, but you've got a problem on your team-- ICE. His 4x weakness to that doesn't help any, and you could use a support slot. So I've got an idea for another 'mon that still won't take sandstorm damage and isn't weak to Ice:
Skarmory @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Atk
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Whirlwind
- Roost
- Brave Bird
This guy can give you some Stealth Rock support, which could really come in handy. He can also phase with Whirlwind and keep things from setting up on him while he tanks. Roost is to restore his HP and Brave Bird allows him to do some damage (especially if he gets Taunted).
I hope this helps you out!
