Xerneas and the rest of your team are walled by Ho-Oh, so you might pack the unexpected Rock Slide under the hood and run 40 HP / 180 SAtk / 32 Atk / 212 Speed of EVs. Drop Thunderbolt for Rock Slide.
Kyurem-White without Draco Meteor is like Lebanon without cedars: dead. So drop useless Psychic and Draco Meteor instead.
Giratina with both Shadow Force and Shadow Claw seems very redundant. Outrage is **** this gen as well with Xerneas and Arceus-Fairy roaming in the tier. I've never played Giratina well but I believe this is better:
