Hey! Infernapeburn here. You've got a pretty good team right here. It's not perfect, though, so I may be able to help the team a bit. Here we go!

Kecleon:

Kecleon is not so good in OU, outclassed in every way by a Greninja, which you already have anyway. So, replace him. Looking at the rest of your team, you need a speedy physical attacker. You also have weaknesses to Dark-,Ghost-, and Ground-types. So, the perfect fit is Honchkrow!

Honchkrow@Life Orb/BlackGlasses
Ability: Moxie
EV's: 252 Atk/252 Spd/4 HP
Jolly Nature

-Sucker Punch
-Brave Bird
-Night Slash
-Roost/Pursuit/Superpower

This is Smogon's Flagship Honchkrow set, Burnified. Jolly Nature helps with the mediocre speed of this Pokémon, as his Attack stat is sky-high already. The Life Orb is the preferred option, but if you don't like recoil, BlackGlasses is fine too. Sucker Punch will be your primary STAB. When others try to attack you, you outprioritize them. If you don't think they'll attack, or have been outpredicted one time too many, use Night Slash as secondary Dark STAB. Brave Bird is for Darks, Grasses, Bugs, and anything that either Flying is supereffective against, or Dark is not. Your fourth moveslot could be Roost for ealing purposes, which I recommend if you choose the LO set to heal off recoil damage. Pursuit, for Pursuit Trapping would probably be the way to go with BlackGlasses. Superpower is my least recommended option, but could go well with either set for a bit of coverage. Remember, while Honchkrow is immune to Ground, you still have a slight weakness to it.

Greninja:

Life Orb is generally the preferred option. Spikes is probably better than Toxic Spikes as the latter changes you into a Poison-type, adding to your Ground weakness. A set with Surf, Dark Pulse, U-Turn, and Ice Beam with a Hasty Nature and 4 Atk EV's is also possible. On such a set, a Choice Scarf may be of use.

Aegislash:

Shadow Sneak is generally preferred as STAB over Iron Head. Asides from that, good!

Mega Venusaur:

Perfect. No comment.

Dusclops:

Maybe a more physical attacking set with Careful, 4 Atk, and Shadow Sneak as a KO move? Not that it matters much as Dusclops is a wall rather than a tank.

Jolteon:

Fine. However, as I said, despite the presence of Honchkrow, you are still slightly weak to Ground. He is also redundant as a speedy special sweeper because of Grninja. To help this a little bit, consider replacing for Eelektross:

Eelektross@Leftovers/Expert Belt/Assault Vest
Ability: Levitate
EV's: 252 SAk/252 SDf/4 HP
Modest/Calm Nature

-Thunderbolt
-Volt Switch
-Flamethrower
-Grass Knot

So, I opted for a special tanking set because you already have a physical sweeper (Honchkrow), a special sweeper (Greninja), and a physical tank (Aegislash). The Assault Vest will help with his special tankiness, as his base Special defense is only 80. Not bad, but not great, either. Lefties is a classic, and Expert Belt is arguably Eelektross' best item. Modest will be a more aggressive set, Calm for a bulkier one. T-Bolt is your main attack and STAB. Volt Switch helps you away from Haxoruses that may carry Mold Breaker Earthquake, as well as forming a Volt-Turn core with Greninja, should you opt for that set. Flamethrower will incinerate Steel-types that he would have trouble with otherwise, like Excadrill, Metagross, or Aegislash. Grass Knot will help with opposing Ground-types, like Gastrodon or the rare Donphan. It'll probably be the least used move in your set, though.

There you go! Hope I helped!
