This team is pretty good, but you have a major Ice Weakness. Anyways, let's see what I can do.

Gliscor:

Perfect. I would recommend a move like Substitute or Protect to take over Roost, just to stall harder, though.

Thundurus:

I would like to recommend a few changes here...

Thundurus@Life Orb
Prankster
EVS-252 Sp. Attack 252 Speed 4 HP
Timid
-Thunder Wave
-HP Ice
-Focus Blast
-Thunderbolt
This set is actually a lot like yours. It just has a few tweaks to it.

Scizor:

Knock Off>Pursuit IMO. Knock Off is seems to be more powerful. And the DMG will be boosted most of the time, because competitive trainers will usually have all their Pokemon hold an item. Also, this is a minor change, but how about you put another 4 EVS into Sp. Defense. Remove the 4 from HP. It is just a minor tweak IMO. Otherwise, this Pokemon is perfect.

Vaporeon:

I would recommend the a 248 HP and 8 Sp. Defense. Also, you could use Heal Bell, to cure the Status on your team. If you decide to use this, use it over Toxic, but otherwise, this Pokemon is perfect.

Mega-Mawile:

Ahh...the usual Mega-Mawile set. Just perfect. Although, you did state that your Mawile kept on dying in a previous RMT. Maybe it was just really slow. Anyways, do you want a change? Mega-Medicham is pretty good. Use the set that was recommended to you, or use Mega Gyarados, a suggestion of mine. It is the only thing I found that was a physical attacker, resisted Ice Types, and had pretty good Sp. Defense. Please note, this Pokemon will add on to your weaknesses.

Gyarados@Gyaradosite
Mold Breaker
EVS-252 Attack 252 Speed 4 Sp. Def/EVS-252 Attack 184 Speed 72 Sp. Def
Adamant
-Dragon Dance
-Waterfall
-Earthquake
-Ice Fang
Pretty standard moveset right here. Anyways, this set has 2 EVS suggestion I gave you. 1st one is more offensive. 2nd one is offensive, but with a touch more defensive.

Latios:

I would recommend a few changes here, so it could sweep harder then usual. The changes are below.

Latios@Choice Specs
Levitate
EVS-252 Sp. Attack 252 Speed 4 Sp. Defense
Timid
-Draco Meteor
-HP Fire
-Psyshock
-Surf
I use this set quite often. It's been winning me some battles. Anyways, this set is used to offer a great amount of coverage.

Anyways, that is all I could think off. Hopefully these changes could help you in your future. Any questions or comments? Leave them below, and let me see what I could help you with.

Well Thundurus is pokemon that i added last, I thought i need a lead. Maybe I should switch it out? Pursuit on Scizor is for Gengar. Just switch him in and Gengar is dead, but if you think that Knock-Off is better I will try it out. I played few games with this team, and even knew that it had huge ice weakness I really never had any problems with that. I had hard time with ScarfChomp, Ferothorn and Aegislash, so I should add a fire type, right? But which one would benefit my team? And there is still that ScarfChomp. Only way i could think of is Choice Banded Mamoswine with Ice Shard. I used Mamoswine on many team, it is a good pokemon, but i wanted to try something new. Any suggestions? And I don't like that my main sweeper, like Latios here, is choiced, because I don't like to be locked to a move. If you are able to answer to all of my questions, then I wold like you to suggest a mega pokemon for my team which will benefit the most.  Thanks.
Mamoswine could lead you, but don't choice it. Mamoswine will usually lead with SR, but if you are just running offensive, I think Mamoswine could be choiced. I've used a choice Mamoswine before, and it was pretty good. Pursuit on Mega Scizor is fine. Knock Off was just a suggestion. Pursuit probably would benefit Mega Scizor more, if the opponent had a fast Gengar, but usually, the Gengar will be Sashed. Now about those 3 Pokémon problems. You could use Talonflame for a fast sweeper, but watch out for SR, cuz that would ruin your Talonflame. Another fire type pokemon you could use is Arcanine. It isn't really fast, but it is pretty strong with a Life Orb. Rotom-Heat is pretty decent. Its bulky. and pretty strong. But about that Scarfed Garchomp....i can only think of something like Azumarill. It isn't really fast, but it does resist Dragon. And since Garchomp is choiced, it could be locked into a Dragon move. Also, Mega Gardevoir is a choice too. I cant really think of something to face a Scarfed Garchomp, since I never faced on of those. Although, I did have problems with a Scarfed Latios once. The only thing I found to beat it was use a Scarfed Pokémon of my own. Anyways, next. If you don't like your main sweeper being choiced, keep the LO. Also, what Mega benefits your team? Maybe Pinsir, Zard X, Absol, etc. Something that is a fast, physical sweeper, really. But if you switch out Thundurus for Mamoswine, get a fast, special sweeper. Something like Zard Y, Gardevoir, Venusaur (pretty bulky), Manectric, etc. You need to keep a balance of physical and special sides.
