You normally do more testing than one single match btw, most battling experts test for a few days at least, normally more. I'm not saying to do that, I'm just saying to try and spot any flaws on your own first before asking us.

Just by looking at your team list:
3 Ice weaknesses - have you encountered a Greninja or Starmie yet?
3 Ground weaknesses - enemy Garchomp and Landorus and even fighting types?
3 Fighting weaknesses - Conkeldurr and Lucario will be a problem
4 Water weaknesses - a very bad problem when you fight an Azumarill or Keldeo
5 Physical attackers with 1 Special attacker - vulnerable to burn, especially from pranksters like Sableye or defensive Pokemon that can hold off your team like Rotom-Wash

Battle more and test more, your team weaknesses will be apparent. Just like Graveyard Shift said.

Add other Pokemon types - Don't feel limited to Ground, Steel and Rock Pokemon. Consider other types even if they take Sandstorm damage. Add support Pokemon. Consider a priority attacker. Etc.

Just like Malachite said, use other types. Stuff with Magic Guard are useful, such as Reuniclus, and you don't need 2 sand stream 'mons. Try a 'mon or 2 that can do well outside of sandstorm, as it won't always be up.
