Landorus is not viable in Ubers.
If you're using the PuP set for Kangaskhan then use Sucker Punch > Outrage (as Pimplump said) and Return > Fake Out.
Choice Scarf Dialga is not very good this Gen as it lacks the power to make distinct KOs while being hurt by a large part of the Meta itself.

Lugia is ok.
BandEKiller is not as good as SD Ekiller imho unless you're very good at teambuilding. I would change to Jolly Life Orb with Earthquake, Extremespeed, Sword Dance, and Shadow Claw. Beats other EKillers which you don't have a counter/check to.
Past improving your sets you generally lack a check or counter to just about every metagame threat such as GeoXern, SCarfOgre, Ho-Oh, RP Groudon, Palkia, Ho-Oh and others. It would require far too many changes to be worth the time, but your sets aren't too bad, so with some practice and keeping in mind the major tier threats you'll make a stellar team yet.
