Having three Dragon Types makes your team extremely susceptible to Fairy Types. Garchomp and Mega Charizard X have very similar coverage and roles. I would suggest replacing one, much as I hate to say that.  I would also suggest replacing Counter on Skarm with a STAB move. :)
Counter on skarmory is a risky move, It pays of well when it works but on the other hand not being able to even hit weakened special attackers is a risk
Why do you have 3 physical attackers. Why don't you replace M-Charizard X with M-Charizard Y?
