Hello there! Please help me with my team. I want it reviewed before I use it.

Garchomp @ Garchompite
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Claw
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Fire Fang

Mega Garchomp, late game sweeper. I don't mind taking out a move for swords dance or something.

Tyranitar @ Smooth Rock
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Stone Edge
- Stealth Rock
- Crunch
- Fire Blast

Stealth Rock setting sand streamer for garchomp.

Scizor @ Choice Band
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- U-turn
- Bullet Punch
- Superpower
- Knock Off

Physical attacker, self-explanatory

Florges (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Symbiosis
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Moonblast
- Aromatherapy
- Toxic
- Wish

Special defending cleric. I prefer her to sylveon due to better special bulk

Rotom-Wash @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Trick
- Hidden Power [Ice]

Covers weaknesses and can cripple stallers with trick

Gengar @ Black Sludge
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 28 HP / 148 SpA / 80 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Substitute
- Shadow Ball
- Will-O-Wisp
- Sludge Wave

Utility attacker because team is lacking special offense

All in all, I think it's a pretty good team. I'd be willing to take out Scizor or someone for skarmory in order to balance offense and defense. Please help me. Thanks!

I think you should use rotom-heat instead of rotom-wash because Garchomp is 4x weak to ice so rotom heat with this set would be great.
Rotom-Heat@Leftovers
-Will-o-Wisp
-Pain Split
-Overheat
-Volt Switch
EVS: 4 HP, 252 Sp.Attack, 252 Speed
Timid Nature
Rotom-Wash also resists ice ...and rotom-heat has more weaknesses. There's a reason why rotom wash is ou and rotom heat is uu
Instead of Tricking a Choice Scarf, why not Black Sludge or the Burn Orb? Or if your feeling bold, a Ring Target? This tricking Choice Scarf has to stop, unless your utilizing Trick Room; an advantage for you.

You should use a Choice Scarf Garchomp instead of Garchompite. Here's a good set
Garchomp@Choice Scarf
Ability - Rough Skin or Sand Veil(Wi-Fi battles)
EVs 252 Att/ 252 Spd / 4 HP
Adamant Nature
Moves-
-Dragon Claw/Dual Chop
-Earthquake
-Poison Jab/Iron Head
-Fire Fang

Dragon Claw or Dual Chop are your Dragon STAB moves of choice. Earthquake is your main and most powerful STAB. Poison Jab/Iron Head is your Fairy coverage and Fire Fang is your Ice coverage.

You have lots of Physical Offense on your team, so I suggest either M-Gardevoir or
M-Manectric.

Gardevoir @ Gardevoirite
Ability - Trace
EVs 52 HP/200 Sp.Att/252 Spd
Modest Nature
Moves-
-Hyper Voice
-Psychic
-Thunderbolt
-Shadow Ball

OR

Manectric @ Manectite
Ability - Lightningrod
EVs 252 Sp.Att/252 Spd/4 HP
Timid Nature
Moves-
-Volt Switch
-Thunderbolt
-Overheat
-Signal Beam

You can choose either of the above based on the synergy required for your team.

I prefer choice band garchomp, and I also don't run iron head/poison jab because that gets no coverage. But I do like mega-gardevoir, so I took out tyranitar, but that leaves me with a fairy stack...any suggestions for a good special defender that works well with my team? I'm thinking chansey.
Outrage is better than Dragon Claw and Dual Chop. Iron Head and Poison Jab gets coverage on Sylveon, a massive threat.
