Ok here's my advice:

Pretty standard set here, I bet we have all seen it, but probably with wish or moonlight instead of rest. It just makes more sense if your going to stall and then sweep (I assume that's your strategy) And Then there leaves an item. Well I would recommend leftovers because Excadrill is much better with Life orb. And It's ability is useless with this set. At least cute charm does something good.

Actually this Miltank isn't actually that bad. Fair enough as a charizard-x it does suck since excadrill will screw it over with stealth rock and give a chance to switch to ferrothorn if it goes for outrage which is common on x. I am not amazing at showdown rules but I thought that an item can only be used on one Pokemon in OU please tell me if i'm wrong so I would recommend using a Lum berry because at least one of your Pokemon should have one. And sap sipper is amazing on this guy since he can completely stop sets relying on leach seed/ Spore.

Once again this is standard but swapping Protect for Power whip would be better as you need a grass type move to counter whiscash, swampert and the like. If your going to get rid of SR on excadrill or take excadrill out entirely then replace spikes with SR.

Read the above comment by $tar power but anyways. This is good but i'm sure it can learn better moves then Rock tomb. Also leftovers are almost useless on this so how about life orb or Air balloon.

Overall good team. I would recommend starting with Excadrill and using SR as soon as possible because you have a noticeable weakness it fire.
