Why is that AG... There's no MegaQuaza that could make it AG on its own and anything else classifies as Ubers / OU.
Too much dragons. If you used 6 dragons, you'd turn your team into a Mono-Dragon, playable in the Monotype tier. If you used 4~5 dragons with Magnezone and something else, it would be called 4drag2mag. 4drag2mag used to  be god in gen5, now it pretty much sucks with the Fairy-type.
Morale of the story: Get rid of BowChKaWow.
Now I'm interesed in how strong a CB Giga Impact is from Talonflame.

Staraptor does it better.
Talonflame is so common now ! I miss Charizard!

Okay, first, of all, too many dragons! Your team could be walled by Slyveon for the most part! However, if you insist on dragon-types, find a couple of Pokemon to counter pesky Fairy Pokemon. Also try to make it wall Ice types. I recommend replacing Talonflame with Heatran. It is the ultimate fairy killer and eliminates those Ice types! Here is a moveset to get those Dragon slayers!
Heatran @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Lava Plume
- HP Poison
- Stealth Rock
- Roar
Next, that Lapras should work as a Rain Setter, not an attacker. It's offensive/speed stats are 80/80/60!
Try this moveset:
Lapras@Damp Rock
Ability: Hydration
Nature: Bold
Evs: 252 HP, 252 Def, 4 SpD
Rain Dance
Scald/Ice Shard
Rest
HP Psychic
Rain Dance is self explanatory. Scald is taking advantage of the STAB and rain. If you prefer actually guaranteeing a great chance of a hit. Rest is to heal damage, in which the rain heals the sleep condition. Hidden Power Psychic is to get the Fighting types, which could trouble you quite some bit.
Hope this helps!

Hi! I really don't mean to put you down or anything, but the HP Poison on Heatran is really not needed since it gets Flash Cannon and his team doesn't really need a poison type as of now. As for Lapras, it gets Psychic but really not the greatest move for it.
which should I replace
Lapras. Use Slowbro instead.
^ Slowbro Moveset (if you need one, anyway) ^
Slowbro @ Slowbronite/Leftovers
Ability: Regenerator----->Shell Armor
EVs: 252 SpA / 200 Def / 52 SpD / 4 HP
Modest Nature
-Calm Mind
-Psyshock
-Scald
-Filler (preferably Icy Wind or Fire Blast for those Ice-types that can take a hit from Heatran and OHKO it right away, which is pretty rare so go for Icy Wind)
